Unique in Europe, Top Women Tech is an invitation-only international recruitment and networking event reserved exclusively to women with a background in tech. The goal is to give you the opportunity to meet with senior recruiters from some of the top companies in the world and network with the other brilliant women like you. It’s a great opportunity to learn from the leading industry professionals, explore new and exciting career paths, get international exposure and grow your network.
Who should apply?
This exclusive event is perfect for female candidates with up to 10 years of professional experience, an academic background in Engineering, IT, Sciences or Mathematics or a Business background with a strong affinity for IT.
How can I apply?
Click the “Apply Now” button in the top right corner of the page and follow the steps required for the registration. Make sure you upload your CV during the process. Alternatively, you can send your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Top Women Tech Application’ in the Subject. If you are already registered with Careers International you can apply in one tap of a button after logging in to your account, just make sure that your CV is up to date.
How does the selection process work?
The selection process is ongoing, however, the number of slots are limited. The sooner you apply the higher are your chances to be invited.
Starting three months before the summit:
After you apply to the event and submit your CV, Careers International will evaluate your profile against the general criteria of the summit and of the participating companies.
Within one week of the application:
You will be notified whether your application has been successful. The selection process is aimed at inviting candidates with the best matching profiles.
What if I don’t have the required number of years in work experience?
Don’t worry. We will take your CV into account if your area of expertise matches the requirements.
Which companies will attend the summit?
The summit can accommodate up to 14 companies, the list of companies is currently being finalised, please visit our page regularly for update.
Where can I find the jobs that are associated with the summit?
Considering the high number of positions each company has open at the moment, you will find a link to each participating company website under the tab ‘jobs’; these websites are constantly updated and give you a good idea of the open vacancies and locations.
Can I be interviewed for a job during the summit?
The main purpose of the summit is to give you a chance to interact face-to-face with senior recruiters from the companies represented. We guarantee a ratio of one recruiter for three candidates, so you will have plenty of time to network. Recruiters will wait for you at their booths or interact with you through roundtable discussions. Some companies also pre-arrange interviews for very specific jobs and if that’s the case, we will reach out to you before the event.
Is lunch provided?
Yes, a buffet lunch will be served. Coffee, tea and light snacks will be available throughout the day. It is delicious.
What if I don’t arrive on time to the summit? Am I still able to participate?
Yes, you can still participate. The Summit lasts from 10:30 till 17:00, so you have plenty of time for networking with the companies attending, even if you arrive one or two hours behind schedule just let us know in advance!
Is there a fee to pay to attend the summit? Does Careers International cover /support the cost of travel and accommodation?
Your participation in the summit is free of charge. Careers International will support your travel and accommodation expenses with up to 100€ (up to 50€ if located in Belgium), under certain conditions.
What are the topics of the round table discussions?
Each company decides on the topic independently. Discussions may cover new technologies, current business challenges or specific vacancies.
What if I don’t know anybody at the summit?
This event is a great networking opportunity. You will have a unique chance to expand your personal and professional network with profiles similar to yours from all over Europe.
Can I invite colleagues/friends to apply to the summit?
Of course! We will be happy to receive more suitable CVs for the summit, please follow the same steps as for your application process.
