An artisanal house founded in 1837, Hermès is now a CAC 40 company, independently led and managed by the sixth generation of the family. This original entrepreneurial model, supported by strong growth, is based on artisanal production, responsible management and an international network of unique stores. More than 14,000 people around the world, including nearly 9,000 in France, make “beautiful products in beautiful surrounding”, working in harmonious settings that respect the environment in which they are built.

The company is open to a wide variety of profiles for an extensive range of opportunities. For each role, Hermès strives to find men and women with curious minds, team spirit and high standards. As a house of skill-sharing, Hermès trains its employees continuously. It seeks to ensure diversity in its teams and prides itself in sharing with them the fruits of its growth. In 2008, the house created the Fondation d’Entreprise Hermès, a foundation which works in the fields of artistic creation, biodiversity, solidarity and the promotion of know-how.

Hermès Systèmes d’Information (HSI) is the Hermès Group’s IT Department.

It is present in all the Group’s activities, from downstream to upstream and in all lines of business (manufacturing, métiers and retail subsidiaries).  The areas in our internal network range from product design to production and sales.

Based in Pantin, HSI’s core teams are mobilised around various projects, dealing with data management, artificial intelligence, internal digital uses, cyber-security and even omnichannel retail. On a daily basis, the teams are involved at all levels of Hermès — in architecture projects, application and transformation solutions, infrastructure, public cloud and digital transformation for all of Hermès’ functions to meet the digital challenges of tomorrow.

Within HIS, the lines of business leverage HLab’s services to speed up innovation processes – these are essential to the success of Hermès. Through their advice and expertise, they contribute to Hermès’ operational efficiency and develop a digital culture that is constantly improving. They are invaluable players who play a full part in the changes driven by the company and in the human touch by everybody at Hermès.
