Audit Associate – September 2024

Your mission:

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project;
  • Prepare deliverables;
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;
  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters;
  • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand.

Be a part of our team where you will: 

  • Take part in audit and accounting engagements for local and international clients in various business sectors (investment funds, banks, commercial companies, insurance and reinsurance, private equity, real estate, etc.);
  • Implement our audit methodology (analyzing the client’s environment, assessing the risks and the internal control framework, auditing the financial statements, drafting recommendations and specific reports);
  • Compare your theoretical knowledge to the reality of new general and accounting standards and international regulations to become a real expert (IFRS, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, UCITS IV, etc.);
  • Enjoy from a flexible learning and development policy that will enable you to design and schedule your training plan based on your needs and personal aspirations.

Let’s talk about you. If you have (or will soon have) …

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in economics or management from a university or a business school, ideally specializing in accounting, finance or audit;
  • First experience in audit or a good knowledge of the Luxembourgish financial and regulatory environment;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Excel;
  • Fluent English and a second language like French, German, Spanish, Italian or Chinese, etc;
  • Good analytical skills, see the details as well as the bigger picture;
  • Team-oriented mindset and being capable of working independently and responsibly.

IT Services Administrator

Your mission, if you accept it:

As an IT Services Administrator in the Service Delivery team,  you intervene in the maintenance of our IT landscape and you provide technical assistance to IT Teams. You perform configurations and monitor the performance in accordance with OLAs.  In order to succeed in this role, you should be able to understand interactions and technical aspects around some components such as : Application Servers, Databases, Network and System. You should also understand and be familiar with basic Cloud concepts in order to manage those kinds of services as well.

  • Analyze information, diagnose symptoms, and resolve incidents through events generated by our monitoring tools
  • Comply with OLAs defined by the Service Delivery Manager and contribute to elevate customer satisfaction
  • Be part of on-call duty planning
  • Be engaging in proactive management for our application services

  • You hold a Bachelor degree (DUT or Graduate )
  • You have basic knowledge of Network concepts
  • You are a team player with a strong problem solving attitude
  • You have ITIL basic knowledge
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft reporting tools such as BI Suite and Power BI
  • You have basic knowledge in Databases administration and application servers management
  • You have the ability to develop and analyze SQL (T-SQL,...)
  • You have good knowledge of Windows server
  • Linux basic administration and Cloud knowledge is considered as a differentiator

Within a young and dynamic international company, you will be integrated into a department where around 150 IT professionals are involved in varied and innovative internal projects.

As part of large-scale projects for our internal activities, you will be required to:

  • Participate in the development and evolution of innovative applications to meet the needs of our different departments;
  • Share your knowledge with other specialists;
  • Manage internal projects from the production of specifications to implementation.
