To provide energy means, to keep the world moving. In order to serve these needs, we at RWE keep moving and progressing – just as the world does. RWE’s success story began more than a century ago. Since then we have continually given our best to provide the energy sector with creative solutions regarding a variety of challenging developments. One of these major changes will take place in the near future, when RWE will become the third largest renewable energy business in Europe and the second largest in wind power through the integration of the renewables businesses of E.ON and innogy.

It is our aim to shape the future of energy in Europe. To achieve this, we are seeking innovative ways to make electricity generation even more efficient and environmentally friendly. Our experience in the industry and the latest results of our research are integrated into our day-to-day business. This enables us to use primary energy sources even more efficiently. It is with good reason that RWE is seen internationally as an innovation leader when it comes to coal washing, CO₂ conversion and renewable energy sources.

RWE defines itself as the backbone of the changing energy markets in Europe – during the energy transition and beyond. In order to continue to master this enormous technological, economic and social task, we are in need of a powerful team consisting of “rookies” as well as longtime experts. We need creative minds with a sense of business as well as venturesome doers. We are looking for women and men that are passionate about taking action, with the will to make it happen, and to join us in taking on this responsibility.
