Job Overview and Responsibilities

Under the direct report of the Digital & Information Technologies Mgr your main responsibilities are:

  • Supervises the whole IS production, defines with service owners the service level agreement.
  • Keeps IS services running
  • Owns the incident management and crisis management processes.
  • Participates as main stakeholder to the weekly Change Advisory Board. Therefore he/she contributes to find a right balance in between time to market for new initiatives pushed by business/functions and service stability.
  • By analysing recurring incidents, helps improving productivity by solving problems.
  • Oversees the execution of enterprise technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers value to the enterprise. Publishes IS services dashboards.
  • Oversees the formulation of IT policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures.
  • Implements improvement plans, this involves the supervision of the relation with key suppliers.
  • Directs compliance management process.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in a IS management position
  • Good understanding of both Applications and Infrastructure service delivery

  • Good understanding of ITIL referential

  • Good understanding of ITIL referential
  • Develops plans that meet the Architecture or Technology needs of the organization
  • Encourages prudent risk taking, exploration of alternative approaches
  • Ability to improve operational efficiency and service delivery effectiveness across all lines of business and technology platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
  • Strong leadership capability, in a context where most of the contributors would not belong to his/her team
