Database Expert

JOB PURPOSE

Support of the Global Database team of experimented database administrators. Support to engineering and support activities in a diversified technical environment (high availability and DR, Private and Public Cloud (Aws, Azure), for Oracle, RDS, Postgress. Support in addition to the administration of Database infrastructures, and the qualifications and automation of developments related to databases. Support in the migrations, upgrades and at major and varied projects for our customers. Support to security and audit topics if necessary. The support must be compliance with the QOS. Support in maintaining of the Databases in BAU.

Senior M365 Application Integration Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior M365 Application Integration Engineer leads the planning, support and delivery of all M365 services for all AXA entities worldwide. This is a key role within the M365 team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Senior Engineer to join a market leading organization.

Main tasks

  • Maintain the global platform, such as but not limited to: Platform planned maintenance, updates, and upgrades; patching; migrations; consolidations; deployments; project support.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or Standard Operation Procedures and documentation.
  • Manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teams to shift left activities.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365.
  • Provide 3rd/4th level support.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Assess security threats and implement countermeasures to comply with the group recommendations and legal obligations.
  • Work in conjunction with relevant infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to asset security threats, implement countermeasures, configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment and of the on-premise platform. Ensure compliance with Group Security policies.
  • Provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform.
  • Collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, Group Security teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have skills

  • ​​​​​​​Minimum of 3-5 or more years of senior experience with Microsoft 365 in a Hybrid provisioning and authentication environment.
  • Very good PowerShell skills and experience in process automation.
  • Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments.

Azure DevOps Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

Ensure the Business-as-Usual operations on the Data BI and Analytics products for AXA Group Operations used by the entities.

MISSIONS

  • Resolve on daily basis the Incidents raised on the product.
  • Implement Standard Request and Non-Standard Request based on entities requirements.
  • Contribute on the Problem Management process incl. RCA.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain components of the product.

Your Profile

Business / technical skills:

  • At least 5 years' experience on Microsoft Azure and at least 2 years in CI/CD with Microsoft Azure Devops
  • Experience in managing: Azure Active Directory, ADLS, Azure Data factory, Databricks, Azure Analysis Services, KeyVault, LogAnalytics, PowerBI as well as .net applications: Azure functions, ASE, App Services Plan
  • Skills in scripting: ARM, AZ Cli and Power Shell

Cloud data platform Product owner

The Data, Business Inteligence and Analytics Product Team primary responsibility is to conceive, develop and maintain web applications and infrastructure of the DBIA Products, assists Project Managers during projects phases and Service managers to solve incidents/problems on existing platforms/applications.

Data is one of AXA Group Operations key offerings to AXA subsidiaries based on shared platforms and shared competency centers, this model bringing cost efficiency, expertise on robust solutions and speed to deliver value.

Shine is the Azure cloud platform proposed by AXA GO in order to consolidate all Data consumption needs across the Group (10 entities, more than 200 applications).

The DBIA product Owner is part of the Product team (16 people) and her/his primary responsibilities are :

  • conceive and delivered the Product roadmap for Shine.
  • maintain (support lvl3) the Shine platform

She/He :

  • reports to the DBIA Product manager
  • leads DBIA Product projects managers, DevOps and Software Engineer

Security Project Manager

PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND AXA GROUP SECURITY

Throughout AXA, the security community represents 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our employees, customers, operations and brand. Our operating model gathers the three security disciplines Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security & Safety. Our security mission is to ensure that AXA is safe, secure and resilient.

AXA Group Security, as part of AXA GO, defines the security strategy, standards and provides assurance to the Group on the security maturity of all entities across AXA. In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis.

In 2021, Axa Group Security launched a 3-year program (One Security Program) to reinforce Axa Security posture. This program is covering four strategic levers (36 m€):

  • Safe: It is about our people, have them ready to face security challenges including third parties, health professionals
  • Secure: Secure the business of today and tomorrow, by increasing security effectiveness on a risk-based approach for all entities.
  • Resilient: Enhance anticipation, detection and reaction capabilities in case of events & Security by design
  • Simple: Simplify, converge and automate our services and activities

The core team to manage this program is composed of 1 program director, 2 portfolio Managers, 1 technical expert, 1 entity engagement officer and 1 program manager in charge of the program governance.

Within the Portfolio and Project team we are looking for the Program Manager to be in charge of the internal and external governance of the One Security Program.

The Project and Portfolio team missions are to:

  • Manage and organize Group Security project portfolio to deliver Group Security strategy and maximize the value generated for all AXA entities
  • Manage and conduct projects, from their launch to their transfer in BAU (progress, delivery, risk management, budget sign-off, etc.) while ensuring alignment with AXA Standards
  • Coordinate and support Group Security teams through the Sourcing Management process
  • Ensure the audit remediation cycle is fully under control and implemented for Group Security, in alignment with GO priorities

Our goals are to:

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the job

You will be part of the Artificial Intelligence Engineering team, in the Group Emerging Technologies and Data (GETD) division of AXA. This transversal team’s mission is both to build AI-powered initiatives (proofs of concept, proofs of value, pilots) with AXA entities & strategic partners and to define & implement MLOps best practices, tools, and collaboration models to be followed across the whole AXA Group. Our team is composed of 10 people, spread in 3 countries (France, Spain & Switzerland) and we work in hybrid mode (60% remote + 40% on-site).

AXA is a global leader in insurance and asset management present in nearly 60 countries. We leverage Artificial Intelligence to protect our 100+ million customers, in every domain of core insurance (Property & Casualty, Life & Savings, Health, …). Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Build and improve reusable tools & modelling pipelines and support knowledge sharing across several teams.
  • Challenge Data Scientists to improve both technical and statistical performance of models.
  • Convert the machine learning models into application program interfaces (APIs) so that other applications can use them in alignment with architecture & infrastructure standards.
  • Secure and monitor ML processing, including safeguards, A/B testing, fault-tolerance, and failover.
  • Define and deploy best practices in Machine Learning & MLOps, mentor and teach colleagues across the group.
  • Actively contribute to the sharing of knowledge and expertise through communities and working groups (internal and external).
  • Help the different actors of the organization (such as product managers and stakeholders) understand what results they gain from MLOps and best engineering practices in Data and AI.

  • 5+ years of experience with DevOps: versioning (Git), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, Static analysis tools, …
  • Proficiency in ML Ops and ML Engineering frameworks: experiment trackers (like mlFlow) & orchestrators (Airflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker Pipeline)
  • A practical knowledge in one of the popular ML Python libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn) and Open-Source libraries.
