Our DevOps Centres

Our software development and operations department has got an ambitious goal: Becoming the #1 DevOps community in Europe by the year 2025. In order to reach this ambition, we are continuously investing in innovation, DevOps capabilities, quality and mastery. DevOps Engineer (NL)

You will be part of an international team of 6 DevOps engineers to develop in the environment of TAPAS (Task And Process Automation Swisscom) which is an important pillar in the sales and fulfillment process.

Leveraging your know-how in Full Stack software development, you develop high-quality software design and determine efficient coding practices in an agile team using scrum project methods.

How You Contribute

DevOps Engineer Security (CH)

With increasing digitalisation, IT infrastructure is increasingly becoming a critical success factor for every company. Many major customers use Swisscom's cyber security services to counter the associated cyber risks.

As a DevOps Engineer in the Security Operation Centre, you are part of these services, which we provide for companies from a wide range of industries. The team

Your professional profile

  • Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins) and experience in DevOps methods
  • Experience in API development as well as Bash, Powershell and SQL
  • Experience in developing complex and high-performance searches and dashboards with SIEM; experience with Splunk and ELK would be an advantage
  • Splunk certifications (power user, certified architect), knowledge of DevOps, versioning (Git) and other Atlassian tools
  • Expertise in working with SIEM, in scripting (Python, Java Script) and in automation; SOAR is an advantage

What you move?

Our applications are central systems for various Swisscom products in the internet access and home device management area. We develop microservices and use technologies and concepts that continuously drive Swisscom's digitalization.

From design, implementation and testing to deployment and operation - with us you are involved in all phases of the software life cycle. You are interested in the latest technologies and are actively involved in discussions. Together with the team you will drive the continuous improvement and further development of our applications and processes. You enjoy programming and implement innovations pragmatically and effectively. Together with the team you develop the design and implement it on time. You bring new features into production and are responsible for them operationally. You will also automate repetitive processes as part of our CI/CD pipeline. SAP Senior Technology Consultant (CH)
