  • Lead and execute end to end technology development
  • Improve existing production machines / automation processes
  • Lead electrical equipment Product Life Cycle Management and version Management of global packing equipment.
  • Own electrical (Hardware/ Software) equipment design and technology migration plan for global Packing Equipment.
  • Develop and own agile machine software concepts for global packing machines
  • Maintain and own digital twin of packing machine.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-functional project teams to design and deliver an innovation pipeline including production technologies to delight our consumers globally with superior products at the right quality and cost.
  • Cooperate with machine suppliers.

  • Strong leadership – Ability to proactively influence project direction, gain enrollment and alignment of other functional groups & key stakeholders.
  • Building Diverse and Collaborative Relationships - Development of relationships will be critical to your success in supporting the business. You will work seamlessly across the Baby Care Global engineering organization, production sites and external partners.
  • Passion for technology - you should have a curiosity to troubleshoot hard problems and develop new solutions.
  • Technical Mastery – good understanding of electrical Hardware and Software and their interaction with mechanical/ process
  • Design & Innovation management – the ability to manage design priorities, understand of design problems and translating them to design intents. Leading to effective and efficient management of design resources, as well as cost effective functional solutions.
  • Agility - you should be able to quickly embrace and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sense of ownership – those will help you to drive projects in the right direction and make the best decisions for the business.

YOUR ROLE as Pharmaceutical Process Engineer  (m/f/d):

  • Qualification of equipment in the field of pharmaceutical production
  • Consideration of various functions and guideline conformities according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
  • Validation and optimization of manufacturing processes
  • Execution of validation and qualification documentation
  • Preparation of SOPs and process instructions
  • Planning and execution of projects in pharmaceutical production

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor or Master degree with very good academic results in pharmaceutical process  engineering
  • Very good analytical skills and quick learner
  • Extra-curricular activities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Internships and/or stays abroad
  • Good knowledge of English and German
