Your team and your responsibilities

Toyota Information Technology and Digital (IT&D) implements IT Systems to support the whole vehicle and parts supply chains, from design to after sales services, working with a Pan-European team with members in TME and in local Marketing and Manufacturing companies.

Within IT&D, the middleware team handles different technologies like K8S, NGINX+, Kong API GW, Elastic Search, CloudAMQP, Aiven Kafka, ... on cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premise.

Customer Systems Specialist – Customer Systems Digital – IS Division

Location: Belgium - Brussels (Evere)

Team/division description:

The Customer Systems Digital applications team at TME is responsible for building and maintaining Customer Systems applications throughout the European Region (40+ countries) for both Toyota and Lexus brand.

The team develops and maintains Customer Systems Tools used by the National Marketing and Sales Companies (= NMSC), by the Retailer Network and Customers

In addition, the team coordinates local market initiatives and developments to make sure they are compliant and compatible with the central tools & hosting.

 

Your responsibilities:

We are looking for a Customer Systems Specialist who will work within the team. Your role will be to act as a project lead on Digital applications (implementations, customizations, migrations, and more) and liaise between NMSC’s, TME and 3rd Party vendors to deliver value to all stakeholders.

  • Being the window person
  • Act as a project lead for Customer Systems projects following Agile methodologies (i.e Scrum)
  • Manage risks/issues and dependencies during the project lifecycle and work with all stakeholders to remove impediments.
  • Work closely with the NMSC and TME business members to understand the business needs, to guide them in identifying key functions/risks and to ensure that the solution delivered fulfils them.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and perform Business Process Analysis and GAP analysis exercises as required.

Sr. Specialist – IT&D Proj Lead for DPMM

Location:

Team/division description:

Toyota Information Technology and Digital (IT&D) implements IT Systems to support the whole vehicle and parts supply chains, from design to after sales services, working with a Pan-European team with members in TME and in local Marketing and Manufacturing companies.

Within IT&D, the ‘Logistics Systems’ team is responsible for maintaining and extending parts logistics application (NPA) and the vehicle logistics application (SPIL). The team also provides support to it’s end-users in TME as well as in our national sales companies (NMSCs).

 

Your responsibilities:

In the parts logistics area, we are working on a new parts management project (DPMM) to replace are current order entry module (DOS). DPMM needs to be rolled out to 17 NMSCs in the coming 2 years.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Lead and coach the development team, using an agile approach, to deliver project objectives & support activities with the available resources, meeting our customer requirements in regard to time, quality, and budget.
  • In collaboration with the business product owners, support the rollout of DPMM in the different NMSCs, by participating in meetings and help reach consensus on a realistic implementation plan and approach.
  • Understand business requirements and be able to translate them in possible technical solutions.
  • Gain business & financial approval at the relevant milestones in the project lifecycle.
  • Propose solutions when issues occur and manage communication towards the DPMM stakeholders.
  • In collaboration with our business colleagues, support the preparation of the DPMM roadmap for the coming years.
  • Coordinate critical support & kaizen activities to ensure effective countermeasures are implemented

Senior specialist for data & analytics team, data & analytics translator

Team/division description:

The Data & Analytics Team (D&A Team) belongs to the Information Systems function. The mission of the team is to support divisions of TME which need to get insight from their data from data collection up to deploying dashboard and machine learning models. We work cross-functionally with multiple other functions such as Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating value from business-driven data and analytics initiatives. Your task as D&A translator is to support the business and other stakeholders in their data-driven objectives. This means you will support the business during various stages. In the prototyping phase you help the business in identifying the right use cases, you help with the development of a minimum viable product and business case you and support prioritization based on feasibility and value. During the implementation phase you make sure the service or product is adopted, embedded in the workflow and measured for impact.
  • Help to uncover and translate business requirements and needs. This translation needs to be done in such a way that the technical specialists in the D&A team can understand. This requires an understanding of both the business objectives, goals, and domain expertise, as well as D&A concepts like Machine Learning Canevas. It also requires strong soft skills with a focus on communication. For this, you can also work with C-level executives/board of directors to support their data driven vision, strategy and operating models.
  • Facilitate data driven change. The role might occasionally support analytics & BI development (reports, dashboard, visualization) and/or data governance (stewardship best practices), but that is not their primary responsibility.
  • You will sit in the D&A team and report to the D&A Value leader but should spend most of your time (up to 80%) with the business (Business Analyst and Subject Matter Experts).

Your profile

Education/Training:

  • University degree Business and/or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience.
  • Fluent in English (TME business language)

Expertise:

  • 3+ years of working with CRM and/or marketing systems (ideally MS Dynamics) Deep functional knowledge of CRM features/capabilities.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure stack (i.e for system integration)
  • Experience with other platforms and technologies supporting a CRM a definite plus (i.e Database, Business Intelligence, Saleforce Marketing Cloud etc)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in translating business strategy into implementation roadmaps (to be model, as is model, etc.) and to act as a trusted adviser.
  • Experience with leading small/medium sized technical teams.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile Project Management Frameworks an advantage.

Team/ vision description:

  • As part of the Sales and Value Chain Systems division the CRM and Lead Management application team at TME is responsible for building and maintaining all CRM and Lead Management applications throughout the European Region (40'+ countries) for both Toyota and Lexus brands.
  • The team designs, develops and maintains CRM and Lead Management Tools used by the National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC) and by the Retailer Network as part of Toyota Omnichannel Architecture strategy.
  • The team additionally coordinates local market initiatives and developments to ensure that they are compliant and compatible with the central tools & hosting.
  • The key platforms being employed are Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign execution.

Your responsibilities:

  • The CRM Technical Product Lead is responsible for taking the lead in defining the CRM product strategy and technical/feature roadmaps and working with the team to ensure high quality delivery.
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business organisation to understand and capture the business strategy and operational requirements.
  • Translating the business strategy and requirements into practical technical feature roadmaps and working with implementation team to successful implement them.
  • Working with the team in incorporating needed technical debt reduction and quality improvement measures into the roadmap.
  • Be opinionated and challenge and highlight implementation decisions that could jeopardise the ongoing quality of the product.
  • Work with the system architects to ensure the current and future architecture (customizations, portals, integrations, reports etc) is optimal for the ongoing business initiatives.
  • Work with the teams to ensure the relevant quality gateways and metrics are in place.
  • Work with local NMSC development teams on best practices for local developments and/or integrations to the CRM.
